L4MS will be present at the ERF2019, the most influential meeting of the robotics community in Europe held in Bucharest, Romania 20-22 March 2019. Over 900 European robotics top experts are expected to attend the 10th edition of the conference.

Ali Muhammad from L4MS will present the latest news on the development of industrial IoT platform called OPIL (Open Platform for Innovations in Logistics) and the status of three pilot experiments who joined the program in late 2017. Each manufacturing company from Estonia, Cyprus and Croatia teamed up with local Competence Center and consortium partners to come up with optimal solution using OPIL, mobile robots and 3D digital twin of the factory premises.

In addition to this, attendees can hear the outcomes from the first L4MS Open Call round and the next steps for the selected ten Application Experiments this year.

L4MS is developing a Marketplace for manufacturing industry as “one-stop-shop” for manufacturers and automation providers. The goal is to provide services needed to speed up the uptake of advanced technology in intralogistics for small and medium-sized manufacturers in Europe.
